Getting out of the house in the summer is a problem. Stay in the heat for a while, there is a lot of tiredness. It is called ‘Heat Exhaustion’. That is, fatigue caused by heat. When the temperature gets increased, its effect also affects your health.
This happens when your body becomes overheat. That means it gets more heat than the limit.
There are some symptoms of this. like-
Decrease in blood pressure
fasting or slowing of the pulse
the ways to avoid this:
1. Keep a cold water bottle with you. When you are out in the sun, wet your head and throat. Doing this will lessen your heat. Also the body temperature will be less.
2. try to wear loose and light colour clothes. The air will reach your body too. Also, light colored clothes absorbs less heat, so this is a better choice.
